All sales are final. No refunds are permitted. Only store credit will be given if one decides to cancel their order before product is made. Exchanges are permitted on Quick ship merchandise only if necessary sizes are available in stock and the original merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging. Shipping costs will be covered by the purchaser. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot entertain your request for store credit or an exchange.*** During our Final Clearance end of year sale, Quick Ships sold with "FinalSale" code are final sale and can not be exchanged nor receive store credit. Suits sold $38.99, $44.98, $48, $48.99, and $197.98 are Also Final sale/no exchange!
Crystal suits have a one-time alteration of the size if needed. This means if you drop more weight than anticipated and the bottoms are too loose we will happily make the alteration so your suit fits you for your competition day! Crystal suits are EXEMPT from store credit and exchange.
To complete your store credit and/or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied for your choice of store credit or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange if for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to 10001 NW 50th St Suite 108, Sunrise, Florida, 33351.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
