    Happy New Years from the Ravish Family

    New Year!

    Many people talk about their New Year resolutions but very few follow through with them! Just shy of 10% of those who make goals for the New Year follow through. That’s not a lot, considering the hype around the beginning of the year and a fresh start! Here’s some tips for following through with your new goals and helping to achieve what you have set out to do:

     

    1. Write it down! Writing down your goals and making them visible to you will help wonders in ensuring you are on track daily. You can put them on a sticky note in your car, a dry erase board at your desk or on your fridge – just make them stand out!
    2. Choose goals that are reasonable. You aren’t going to build Rome – so start with incremental goals that you can achieve and build off. Want to lose 60 lbs this year? Start with losing 10lbs by March and re-assess! Chances are you will feel accomplished with reaching your short term goal, that you’ll be even more pumped to continue and believe in yourself.
    3. PLAN! Don’t just write your goals down in one sentence. Take some time to think about how you’re going to achieve them. Visualize your plan to action and the steps needed to make the goal a reality.
    4. ALWAYS believe in yourself and your ability to pursue your goals.

    Arnold 2017 is right around the corner and Ravish Sands will be back with Katy Hearn Fit! Our booth will be set up right across from The Bite Booth at the expo.

    Last year we enjoyed conversing with so many amazing athletes and fans and we can’t wait to do it all over again.

    The Arnold Expo is the one time of the year that Ravish Sands and Katy Hearn Fit can team up to provide customers with exclusive deals. We will be having raffles at our booth, as well as deals on swimwear and stock suits! Come browse our selection of custom swimsuits. Our bikinis are all hand cut and hand sewn in the USA and designed by the owner: Jessie Becker.

    Ravish Sands had an awesome turn out at our last Arnold Expo in Ohio, let’s make it one to remember again. We hope to see you all soon J Look for our sparkling signs and banners this year – you can’t miss it!

    Rentals (Competition Bikini)

    At Ravish Sands, we like to listen to our customer base and provide a service or product that matches your needs. When competing in bikini competitions, the expenses start to add up. We have already done our part with offering a wide variety of competition bikini packages to assist competitors in staying within their budgets.

     

    Our newest addition to the Ravish Sands site: rental competition bikinis and competition posing heels! We understand that with tanning, hair, make-up, show costs and more – often times you can’t shell out $60 more for shoes alone! We also understand that many first time competitors don’t like to make the full investment in a posing suit until they know they want to continue competing.

     

    We strive to provide a wide range of products to cater to all the competitors’ needs. Renting a competition bikini and competition heels can be an awesome and affordable option for the first time bikini competitor!

     

    Competition bikinis and posing heels are rented out for 3 week terms. Please see our “rentals” tab at the top of our website for more details. New rental bikinis will be added this week!

    How does it work? Send us a close up picture of the front and back of your old Ravish Sands competition bikini to: RavishSands@gmail.com with the subject “Trade In My Ravish”. Lay the bikini on a flat surface with good lighting. Once we review your pictures to authenticate that it is a Ravish Sands competition bikini, we will email you further instructions to send it back to us. Once the bikini has been received and processed, we will provide you with a discount code for 25% off your next custom competition bikini (valid on any 1 item) purchase with us! That’s it!

     

    So simple and so easy – but we can’t thank you all enough for coming back to us for your competition needs. We love to provide bling and shine for you on your special day and can’t wait to see you rock a brand new bikini on stage without breaking the bank.
